Need to make a payment? It’s easy with Serenia Life’s online payment option
Here’s how you can make your quarterly or annual insurance policy payments* online via your financial institution**. (Please note these instructions may vary depending on your bank.)
- Log into online banking.
- Go to “Bill Payments.”
- Choose “Add a Payee” and select “Serenia Life Financial.”
- Use your Policy Number as your online Account Number. You can find your Policy Number on the top right of your policy anniversary statement or billing notice.
Please be sure to include all alpha-numeric characters in your Policy Number!
- Choose which account the money should come out of, and type in the amount.
- Click “Continue” or “Submit.”
