Having a legal professional draft or update your will or power of attorney (POA) is the perfect way to protect your family’s financial future.
As a Serenia Life member*, you are eligible to apply for reimbursement of up to $150 every five years – a good motivation to keep these important documents up to date.
How Do I Apply?

Hire a legal professional.
Make sure you’ve hired the right person to write or update your personal will or POA. (Note that will kits do not apply for this benefit**.)

Submit an application.
Complete the online application form within 12 months of drafting your will or power of attorney, and be sure to include the required supporting documentation.

Provide proof of payment.
Be sure to attach a copy of your paid invoice with a balance of $0. If it indicates a balance is owing, please submit the paid receipt with your invoice.
